Reorganization of operational processes, automation of 95% of mass payments, and immediate release of frozen working capital.
Process change eliminating the omission of invoice issuance after a completed stage.
Immediate detection of overdue funds and unissued invoices right after implementation.

With a high volume of work, it sometimes happened that sales documents were not issued on time after a stage was completed.
Contractors settled obligations in bulk with a single transfer for several invoices, using abbreviated descriptions.
Combining advance payments, staged contracts, and subscription agreements within a single client account.
Unassigned payments and billing delays caused significant financial resources to remain blocked.
The finance department spent many hours monthly manually matching payments to documents.
Difficulties in determining the exact status of settlements hindered amicable actions and financial liquidity planning.

Without the need for code modification or interference with the client's accounting and warehouse system (based on Microsoft solutions), we proposed and implemented a well-thought-out process change within the organization. We streamlined the flow of information about completed work stages, introducing clear procedures and division of responsibilities. We eliminated the gap where a completed service was not reflected in an issued document.
We developed an advanced analytical tool that combined scattered data and automatically began compiling a complete transaction history – from order fulfillment status, through advance payments, to final invoices and corrective documents.
We designed a dedicated algorithmic mechanism for handling bulk payments. It analyzes combinations of amounts, payment patterns, and transaction history with a given contractor. The algorithm automatically assigns mass payments to the correct documents in 95% of cases, and the remaining 5% of unusual or non-standard transactions are directed for quick verification by accounting.
The combination of a well-conceived process change and data engineering yielded immediate results.
The new report and streamlined process immediately revealed unassigned payments and overdue, previously omitted work stages. The company recovered a significant stream of frozen capital from previous periods overnight.
New procedures completely eliminated the risk that a performed service would not be invoiced due to the rush of current tasks.
The finance department stopped wasting time on laborious clarifications, and management gained a transparent and fully reliable picture of financial liquidity.
This project demonstrates that order in data structure and proper process is not an unnecessary technology expense
– it is an investment that delivers returns in a short time.
